Dr. Norris Belcher

Dr. Belcher has been the pastor of the Church of the Open Door in Westminster, Maryland, since October, 1995. He has been in the ministry for over 46 years. He was a pastor in West Virginia for twelve years, and served as pastor of Ridgewood Baptist Church, in Joliet, Illinois, for five years prior to his move to Westminster. In addition to his involvement with RCI, Dr. Belcher serves as a member of the Executive Board for Sword of the Lord based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and is a frequent conference speaker for that organization. He and his wife, Karen, have been married for 46 years, and have three children and 8 grandchildren.
